Need 4.5.1e Files

Hey all,

I could be blind, but I did not see 4.5.1e on the previous versions page. I am needing to replace the index.php file and possibly others. Unfortunately I just deleted it the other day since I had plans to set it up here at the office instead of the webserver that it is currently residing on. The sales guys need to get to their stuff and this is getting dumped on me at the last second. The whole zip or at least just the index.php page would be most helpful! Just send a pm and I will give you my email address.

I tried the index.php file from 4.5.1i but that still didn't work which is why I think I may have a bigger problem on my hands. I DO have backed up SQL dumps from the database. Does anyone know if the database structure of 4.5.1e is compatible with version 4.5.1i or version 5? I may just go ahead and install it locally instead of repeating the mistakes previously made.

Oh yeah, the problem is that it looks like the webserver was hacked or something. I did not set it all up though so I am not sure...

The very last line in my index.php file is 826 (as compared to 950 something lines in the index.php from 4.5.1i) and the line consists of the following code:
echo get_select_options_with_id(unserialize($_SESSION['avail_themes'])
