Hi there,
I'm an SQL very newbie and I need to add a custom dropdown field to Accounts and I'm getting into a bit of a mess!![]()
I need to be able to specify who the client's account is with (I look after 3 companies customers) so I can tell at a glance who they belong to but also so I can search the accounts for clients that belong to a particular company in my list.
I have tried for days now. I went into the admin area, to the studio, followed the intructions in help for adding a dropdown menu but I've gotten into a terrible mess as I really don't understand what I'm doing.
Please Please Please (and one more time for luck, Please) ? could someone do this SQL newbie a favour and give me a step by step on adding a new drop down menu.
Every attempt I have made has ended with MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'help' in 'field list'. I admit this means absolutely nothing to me but maybe it will help someone out there see what I'm doing wrong?
I am running Version 4.5.0b (Build 1144)
Thank you very much
Tracey (this is doing my head in) Couchman
