Need any help you can offer - email program

I have previously posted 5 questions in this help topic but here are more that I am in need of answers to:

All of these issues are regarding the email program

If anyone has had these same issues please at least let me know if you found any solutions

6. The size of the windows in which to read the email are extremely small
no matter what setting you use.

7. When you reply to an email it doesnt always send with the from field that you
set up for that particular mail account.

8. Emails that have been added to a folder I created are dissapearing randomly
and I didnt delete them

9. No sent items folder or outbox

10. Can only copy and paste sometimes...sometimes the buttons to do
so dont respond.....sometimes they do

11. If I change my theme to anything but the Love theme, I get odd looking bug things that fall down
the page like falling text does. Then this causes the entire
program to freeze.

12. Emails I have previously responded to then deleted, keep randonly
reappearing as unread mail

13. Sync only works occasionally.

14. The program doesnt remember my previous layout for reading emails and
always has to be reset when you log in

Yep, I see the emails disappear only to reappear a little later on version 5.2.
Not sure why?

What happens to me is that when you click the folders they are gone, then a few minutes later after clicking around frantically they are there. Who knows what the sequence is.

Yes I have also noticed if you close the program it takes a really long time to close out and sometimes your mouse will just go flying across the screen when you arent even touching it which I suspect may also be a CRM issue as its never did that before, until I downloaded CRM.

Closing the program and reopening it is the only way I can ever get my folders to reappear.

Also many emails are missing from my folders that I had previously saved emails in.
