Need help with custom field feature

I am using Version Sugar Open source 4.5.1. My problem is that when I create a custom field and them import data. I am unable to edit the custom field I created, although I can edit any of the other fields.

Does anyone have suggestions ?

Is it your case is the custom fields is not appear in the edit view layout?
Are you get the field display using the studio?
