Need help with Email Templates

We've only been using Sugar for a short time (< 2 months). When I attempted to create an email template from the Campaign module, I get a blank screen in Firefox. When I tried this operation using another browser (IE, Safari), it will spit out an error: "...can't open the page "http://myserver/index.php?module=EmailTemplates&action=EditView&re turn_module=EmailTemplates&return_action=DetailVie w" because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.

Does anyone know if this is a setup error on our part, or is this a bug of some sort? Any help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

I'm running Sugar on Linux kernel 2.6.17.13 and mySQL version 5.0.27.

It seems to be related to a so busy server.
Perhaps your php has some extension which is stressing the server.
Consider creating a php script (info.php) with this content:

 <?php
phpinfo();
?>  

Save this file at the root of your sugar installation and access it through any browser.
Save the displayed html page and attach it into your next message.

The resulting html page is too big (> 58k) and I could not pasted it in this reply; so I put it on our server.
