need help inbound email not working

Hi there ,
I'am completly new in this and find it very difficult to manage , now i have a problem with my inkoming email setings and know what to do . i can find where i have set up the incoming email but i can not fill anything in all fields are grey and there is an error message what i realy dont get :

Inbound Email cannot function without the IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled with the PHP module. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue.

i'am alone on this project for my small company and dont have an administrator to ask , if some one can help me please

Hi, asmase

It seems that your php aren't loading the imap library because:
1. Your php realy do not have this library, then you can get it from php.net website
2. It is commented into php.ini, then just uncomment and restart your webserver will work.
