need help - Leads

Hi all,
I create 'Lead' in Leads module and I assign it to one of my employees, but he can not edit/view the Lead, also he said that there is a message: "Warning you do not have permission to access this module."?
What could be the reason of this?

Hello,

I have had this problem...mainly with custom modules....

Check in the user's profile within admin what tabs are avalible to them. If Leads is in Admin Removed Tabs then they wont be able to access it.
