Need help for making back up

Help about making back up
I am new at Sugar CRM, and i want to make back up,I saw at admin area option to make back up...but it is said that i need to select file writable by sugar (i dont know what does it mean) and also where is SugarCRM database which folder?I would be very happy if someone has tome to help me

Hi adnankraljic,

Could you please elaborate on your configurations like version of PHP, MySQL and Apache. Also which version of SugarCRM you are using.

I installled Bitrock Windows Installer 4.5.1 (62.85 MB EXE)
Installs Apache, MySQL, PHP and Sugar Open Source on Windows system....
So what is the best way to make back up,i prefer not to work in console, so could you write me each step and whit which folders and files to work,

Then you can take the back-up from the phpMyAdmin.
