Need help to manage to import companies

Hi!
I have made a own multiselect dropdown, I choose right in the import but the information dont show up when i go to company when i´m in company and select from the list it stays on the information so my problem is how to import the information so it stays after the import if you guys know what i mean.

Did i missed something when i created the multiselect? The new field is shown in the import function but the info dont saves on the company.

I had successfully created a multiselect custom field on Accounts and imported some records,
The custom fields had been imported like a charm.
Attached is the file I imported.

I did it in SugarCRM CE 5.0.0c

Hi i tryed that and still dont work so now i installed the SugarCE-5.1.0RC but still have some problem but not the same import goes ok now but this is my problem now

I have made a multiselect dropdown and when i import everything works but when i try to update the accounts with more products to the mulitselect dropdown it only wrights over the value to the new value in the import file. I want it to be that it adds the new values and dont remove the old value.
example:
i have this value in accounts 170
and in the import file i have value 183 for the same account.
what i want this to be when i do the import is that in accounts it should look like this 170, 183 and not like this 183 as it be now when i import


I use Create and Update Records but it only wrights over the old account and dont adds the new information

beacuse my accounts are in several sheets with the different products i want it easy to just import every sheet without sitting manual wright to one sheet before i do the import i have about 200000 different companies to import

Please help me figures this out
