Need help with reports and grouping

Hi I am new to sugar and currently looking to put something quick together
this is what i basically want to do create 4 store locations in a group then create 2 employees from each of them and be able to show there actual sales and there sales goals in a report.

is this something i should be using sugar for ? i am currently using the pro version and any help on how to set this up would be most appreciated.

Can you explain with other words?
What is store locations? Are they Accounts?
Are "Employees" contacts related with this accounts? Or system users?
