Need Help with Scheduler

Inbound and outbound email is working fine. I just need it to automatically check email. When I look in the Scheduler I see this message...

To Setup Crontab
Add this line to your crontab:
* * * * * cd /var/www/html/crm; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

I do not know where to add this. I have Sugar Version 4.5.1 (Build 1197).
