Need Help to set it up

I got the open source version of Sugar CRM. We had it installed and were using it to keep track of who downloaded our evaluation software by having our customers fill out some information. I have it installed, however how do I get the form to fill in for the cusomers

There is an example Lead Capture file in the example directory. I would start there. I haven't used it myself but I am sure there are others here who have. Take a look at the file in the 'examples' directory, and if you need help ask again.

I dont see where the example directory is. I have looked in the portal and even the actual directory of the program itself and no dice.

It should be in the root directory of your SugarCRM install.
