need help with te calendar sharing

For the purpose of planning , i would like to see more then one calendar next to eachother like it is in outlook , is this possible with sugar crm?

I can share it thats no problem but i can not see then my calendar en the one from my employees, how can i get this done?

Please if anyone has a answer for me , please help

Try using the Shared option in the Calendar view.

It allows you to see calendars of other users.

Sorry guys if i'am not clear in my question.
Ok try this , what i was trying to do is , that i want to plan more then one calendar at the same time , for this i like to see the wek or month calendar from me and my coworkers next to each other on one page , like:

my calendar left , co-worker1 in the middle and coworkers 2 at the right , but at the same time open , like it is in outlook when i share the calendar.

this way i can see 3 calendars at the same time and can check who and when i can plan a meeting together.

I hope this is more clear and someone ave an idea how i can find this option.

The closest to this is the Shared option that I previously mentioned.

It is the layout that you might desire, but that's about the only way to do it without customizing the default functionality.

Sorry for butting in but I've got the same sort of problem. If I click on the "SHARED" button in the "Calendar" section it only display my calendar. How do I add extra users to display under the shared option. It use to display but I've upgraded our crm from 4.2.0 to 5.0.0 and now it doesn't display any more.

While you are on the Shared view, click the Edit button found all the way on the right hand side and make sure you've selected the other users whose calendar you wish to view.
