Hi guys, this is my first time on the forum and I really hope all you geniuses out there can help me out with my issue. My company is currently using Sugar Open Source 4.5.1 as our company CRM and it is wonderful! However were expanding our business model and need to find a product or plug in to do recurring billing and separate costs from profit on each individual bill.
Example: We have a minimum cost of $49 for our monthly service, but we also have in independent sales force that sells our service in the field and are allowed to charge up to $149 per month for our service. Anything over $49 minimum will be paid to the sales agent on a monthly basis. So basically I need a system that can automatically calculate the difference between what our minimum is and what the customer is being charged and then generate the monthly commission amount. Is there a way this can be done in Sugar or through a plug in? and if so can it be done on a large scale for 100's of sales agents and 1000's of customers?
