Hi all, I have just been upgraded to the professional version of Sugar on the cloud system.

I used to copy and paste all emaisl into a call and complete it. However now I've integrated outlook. However I need to be able to show what work I have done, calls, emails, tasks, notes etc

I normally tally up the number of emails, calls etc I have done each day and report on this. Can I report on archived emails? and if so how can I do this as they do not show in the calendar view?
