Need to see all salesman's calendars

The salesmen tell me that they do not want to send in activity reports because they say that all activity is shown on their calendar. When I go to "Calendar" and click "Month" I don't see any appnts, meetings, calls etc. What do I have to do to see everyone's activity?

In the Calendar, there is a button called 'Sahered' (this button is right along the top next to the Day, Week, Month, Year). Clicking this button will bring you to the Shared Calendar (the shared calendar is on a week basis only)

At the right, click the Edit (pencil icon). This allows you to select which other users' calendar items you want to display.
