My system as follows:
Fedora Core 6
SugarCRM Open Source 4.5.1d and 4.5.1e
Apache 2.2.4
PHP 5.1.6
MySQL 5.0.27

I just did a reinstallation and noticed that apparently Sugar 4.5.1e requires to make a selection for "Assigned to" whenever I create a new account.

I did clean installations of 4.5.1d and 4.5.1e (no modules, no Studio modifications) and indeed: Version E requires a selection, whereas version D does not.

Can anyone confirm this change in behaviour?
I did not see any reference in the release notes and am unsure if this is desired or a bug.

For my aim it is not helpful - I have accounts which I can not assign to a particular user.
Is there a way to change back the behaviour of this field to the earlier one?
