New account info email doesn't pick up site_url from config

I moved my installation of SugarCRM from local server to remote hosting. I didn't reinstall but copied the files. I changed the site_url in config to the new url (http://crm.mysite.com), and everything has been working.

I just set up a new user and the email with subject "New Account Information" referenced the local URL. Here's the email text:

Here is your account username and temporary password:
Username : Administrator
Password : *******
http://localhost:8888/sugar/index.php

After you log in using the above password, you may be required to reset the password to one of your own choice.

I have looked all over and can't find where it's picking up the wrong URL. Any pointers?
