Default New account marked as deleted in database

    Hi,

I hope somebody can help me on this one. About two weeks ago users started reporting that when ever they convert and select the Account to be created, the new account does not show. Upon investigation I've found that the new account is indeed created in the MySQL database but marked as deleted, resulting in I.T. to access the database each time a new account is created from a lead to change the deleted status from 1 back to 0 in order for the account to be available in SugarCRM.

    Any help will be appreciated.

We are still running SugarCRM 4.2.0.

    Thanks
