    Default New Calls are automatically closing

    I think the reason that this is happening is my fault.

    Whenever I create a new Call, it is automatically closing.
    I think it occurred after I modified the Calls module in the admin studio.
    I did a rebuild / repair, but it still occurs.

    My question is, where in the code would I set this flag for calls to default to open?

    If there is a different or easier way to repair this, I'm open to suggestions.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    Yeah, I removed (stupidly instead of renaming) Held and Not Held status items and replaced them with my own.

    why don't you put back the old fields and delete yout own ones? The changed dropdown items you find under custom/include/language/en_us.lang.php remove the paragraph and run a quick repair (as always - a backup doesn't do any harm...)

    That worked.

    So if I decide to change the status values, I have to specify a default?
