Hi All,
I would like to know if it is possible to have an email alert sent to a user when a case has been assigned to them? I know you can elect for an alert to be sent if a new record is assigned to a user, but it is my understanding this is separate to a case, is that correct? Besides which, I have assigned accounts to users and they have not been getting alert emails....???
