New Field not showing up in module

I created and added a new field to the tasks module (a duration field) saved the layout and then clicked on save & publish but the field is not showing up when I go to add a new task. Any idea why it is not showing up?

Thanks Petro! That did the trick but now I seem to be having a different problem. I want this field to be a dropdown and chose the type of field, but it is showing up as a multiselect field instead (see attached file). Any idea why that is happening?

Cool. I don't think we will take 4.5.1c. We are happy at 4.5.1b and I have not added any custom dropdowns....yet
