New field to sum up activities

We would like to create a field in the cases module to sum up the length of time that all activities (tasks, meetings, etc.) took for that case. I have already set up a duration field in the Tasks module, but didn't see the ability to create a filed to Sum things up. Is this available in the studio designer or is this some custom work?

As I know it should be custom work, but as rule the functionality like this takes 1-2 hours development.
