new incoming email for new user account

After the admin account, I've created new user account, but I don't know how to add his incoming email details. I can found only the "new mail account of group"

Many thanks for this good article. I've just setup imap email, but I can't see the sent folder, very useful to see the answer.

I've also installed sugar nto my local server, but the issu of "sent" folder still remain. How to see this folder? It's very important for our company, because the sent email must be visible to all company sugar account
