New install everything but the home page works

Version 4.5.1h (Build 1104)

I just installed a couple of times and checked the forum for similar issues. The entire systems works but the center of the home page is blank. This is not the case with the rest of the system. Looks fine and functiosn great,

I can add a case as well.

Here is the error on the home page.

Here is line 29 of the above file: $dashletData['MyCasesDashlet']['searchFields'] = array('priority' => array('default' => ''),

Someone please help me Ive been at this for hours.

Wow, that's a messed up error. Make sure that your docroot it writeable for apache./ IIS

Hi, migzam.

Try that:

1. unzip the SugarCRM 4.5.1h into document root, for apache defaults to /var/www/html;
2. delete the config.php if exists;
3. Check under which user apache is running, it defaults to apache;
4. Run the command as root: chown -R apache.apache /path/to/sugar
5. Reinstall;

Forgive my frustration but I cannot believe that there is no one including the developers/support people that can figure this out.

Is this problem that complex that no one can figure it out?

Everybody answer the questions of yours and everybody does their best to help and contribute to community.

Some issues are so specifics so sometimes it last more.

If you prefer, insert a new bug into SugarCRM site describing all your environment and detail to enable the SugarCRM team reproduce your issue.
