    Default new install messages not polling

    Hi there i have just did my first install of suger for testing, hopefully this will able me to move away from act wich is getting very expensive

    everything seemed to go ok on the install, standard box with xp sp2 but on checking it doesnt seem to be running some of the scheduled jobs

    email comes in fine for users but the pollmonitored boces jobs that picks up support emails and creates the cases has never been run and after checking today the bounce midnight jobs has not run either

    can anyone give me a few pointers in where to check for this faullt pls, i do have some decent windows exp but dont have much knowledge of php and linux

    Well, typically on a linux install it's necessary to setup a cron job.
    Since you're in windows, you might want to use the "AT" command.
