New Install, SQL error on leads and contacts

I'm gettting this error on a new install. unfortunatly, data was imported before the error was reported and re-installation may not be an option

I've tred the other solutions, rebuilding the relationships, replacing the cache../relationships.php file etc.. still have the same problem.

I should say that I have noticed that it's got something to do with the campaigns table and campaign SQL calls.
