New option in privilege drop down in Role management

Hi

I would like to add one more option 'UNIT' along with other options like 'All','Not Set','None','owner' etc. I also want to make the necessary code changes in the Access control to get the necessary filtering done. How can i do this. Any lead will be a great help.
