New Package and Modules but...

Hi there,
i recently created a new Package with all Modules since our organisation does not reflect the usual sales pattern.

what i would need is the following:

Leads, which can be converted into two types of accounts.

so LEAD -> convert into ->A
convert into ->B



Ideally (to split marketing activitoes of two departments from the get go) we would have two kinds of leads, each convertable into one kind of account.

if that´s possible, could someone explan how so or at least point me into the right direction ?

any help would be appreciated.
