Our company is new to Sugar CRM. We are hoping that Sugar is going to be a strong asset to our business if we can get it to do what we want it to. Our community edition is currently up and running.
We would like to retrieve records specified for action Today, in the form of daily contact reports or lead reports, and, after completing today's action (calling or emailing or mailing today), be able to mark the records for retrieval/action on specific dates in the future.
Any advice as to how to do this or if it is possible would be appreciated.
