New user Calender Question

Hi,

Operating system type and version Unbuntu 7
» Sugar Suite version 4.5
» Webserver type and version sorry dont know
» PHP version sorry dont know
» MySQL server version sorry dont know

We installed sugar today for the first time. We are intending to roll out pro version if our tests are ok.

Simple question . Is it possible I schedule a meeting for another user without it appearing in my calender also. ie in theirs but not mine ?

Yes, it's possible.
There should be an assigned to and Team option when creating a meeting.
Just select the user and the team you want to assign it to.
you'll show up as the created by person but that won't really matter.
