new user here , my first question

Hi All the Sugar CRM expert , this is my first post here . I wish to learn sugar CRM. because of my objective :-

I want to have a CRM software from open sources to save my money. As my understanding is using open sources is cheaper compare to other , i need to paid monthly fees.

Hope some one can correct me , if i am wrong.

Second question , can it there a on line elearning of sugar CRM ? can some one provide me the linkl.

One more last question , there are many trail package i need to donwload , which one i need to download , if my application i like to create a program to manage sales force . same like www.salesforce.com . meaning sales force need to enter all opportunity in the program and monitor this opportunity till it close the sales order.

Hope some one can share with me.
