New User - Need quick help, several questions

Thx in advance for your answers.
I just installed community sugar and seems a very nice software.
I would like the help of an expert user to guide me:

- is it possible to sync emails from outllok accounts?
- the projects allow to run different businesses under the same CRM installation?
- how do I allow partners to access sugar installation from the internet? (i have installed the package with mysql, apache etc)

Hi,

1. Yes. Either directly from Sugar or with some community created add-ons. SugarForge is your place
2. No idea what you mean. A project in CE is nothing more than a linchpin that holds together several tasks. Prof can do a lot more. You may want to check the free trial of the Prof version
3. I don't really want to go into the howto of setting up a web application. But if your server is visible to the outside world and your Apache has been set up properly everybody will be able to reach the Sugar start page simply by calling the correct IP / web address.
