New users can't login

I have intalled sugarcrm on windows server machine. I login as administrator and i have created other 2 user . When i lunch sugarcrm and i try to access with new user i got a message that user has no valid password or user name is wrong for both of them. Ho I can solve it? No problem with admin also from the clients of the network.

Another thing. I try to connect to mysql database from one client in remote using a third part software to manage an other my personal database ( table , store procedure and so on) . By the way after i specify righ port , name of server, user and password i got a message like in the attached picture. Is it due the fact that i installed mysq+sugar+php with sugarcrm packge and now i havent got the privileges to access?

The user name or password is invalid to login MySQL.

MySQL's user name is configured as the user name + host name. Please check your real host name again.

Not sure if this relates - but I found that passwords with symbols dont work and can cause errors without informing you of this.

Example : t0d@y wouldn't work but today would.

After I altered this on a new install I was successful in logging in. Even if this doesn't apply to you - it might help others.

Everythnig works fine! Thanks. Only one thing. I installed the windows package PHP,myql,Apache all on hard disk C. i wasn't able to specify a different path for database but i need to move mysql db on disk F just dedicated to store the information? Will I loose the configuration? How i can do it?

First you need to find a MySQL configuration file called my.ini, then find the line "innodb_data_home_dir" if you use innodb, or "data_dir" if you use myisam. Those variable points to a data directory.

i am trying no to configure an email inbound but i have a lot of problem . When i fill out all the information i click Test Setting and the pop-up windows shows me the message Login and password incorrect. I am setting the parameteres from client 192.168.0.1 as admin. Mysql and the rest is on 192.168.0.2. When i click test sugar try to connect to 192.168.0.2 but doesn't work . How I should fill out all the information in inbound email setup ? It's seem that everythin is correct. What i have to type in User Name and password ?

i changed email now when i click test sugarm regoinze pop3 but the windows is frozen . The sequence of the scren that i have :

i solved it but now i have problem in sending email . Also in this case smtp is configured in righ way but when i try to send sugar says that i have to check better the setting because i am not able to send and email. More, i configured 2 user and i can see email olny clicking on Email tab. How i can create a group kind of support@mycompany.com and forward it to the other user?

It take a lot of time to be configured. Now i have a inbox group but it take a lot of time to receive one email . I got one that i received 2 days ago. Guide is not so complete , what i can do with round robin? Hmmm...does the commercial version solve all this configuration?
