Newb question: how to add extra fields?

When in studio I am editing a layout, say the Account Edit view, and I [inadvertently] delet ea field, say "Website", I cna then not see it anywhere to add it back.

What am I doing wrong? How do I see ALL the fileds available to me, so that I can add the ones I need?

The same goes for sub-fields: like the person field under a company. I KNOW that a person has a TITLE, ande I owuld rather display that tile in the list view than the default "state".

I have enough room - but how do I find that field to add it?

OK, I guess perhaps this is a question that should go to paid support? or does anyone have any ideas to point me in the right direction?
