New to CRM. Got most of it working great. Cannot view attachments in emails inbound. I think it is connected to the settings in the Squirrelmail email service the company uses but cannot confirm. When emails come to the Squirrelmail it divides all the images and html into attachments. Even though I have the option to display Html in emails.
When I changed server settings for the inbound email to another account it would SUGAR would display the html no problem in the email but still the attachments were nowhere to be found.
I have learned that when I send out emails the attachments are sent but not shown as attachments in the sent mail message though the attachments somehow get put into the notes folder.
Sorry for a basicl problem but it is driving me mad as I like the Sugar integration of everything. As stated just started using it and everything else figured out with ease.
