I just implemented Sugar Open Source and I do not understand what email I should use, POP or IMAP. I have my setting on IMAP and I seem to be getting some weird results, like my emails I delete keep coming back as repeats.

Any suggestions on what works best? What is the fastest? What has the least problems?

Are there any special setting I need to know of to make this as seamless as possible? Thanks!
