Newbie - How to only display only leads defines to that user

Hi - First post and still getting my head round Sugar CRM.

Is it possible to allow the administrator to set up leads and assign them to individual users so when the user logs in they can only see leads assigned to them.

for example the administrator sets up 10 leads.

7 leads assigned to user A.
3 leads assigned to User B.

When user A logs ins he only see 7 leads.

You would need to implement some customizations:
disable editing "Assigned User" field for existing Leads: create a view.edit.php to disable assigned_user_name field if the lead exist;
Create a role to allow access to leads only for owners.

I think there is a easier solution. Go in Admin/ Role Management , set the follow configurations in the role that the users belong to:
Leads / List / Owner

Just one last thing - is there a way I can re-brand/style the pages

For exmaple - changing the sugar CRM logo to my own and also changing the css to have possible other colourways etc?

The logo part is easy - go to administration / system settings, there you can upload another logo (which should be 212x40 because otherwise it will scale wrongly).
Try the standard schemes first (5.2 at the bottom, 5.5 at the top right corner). From 5.5 you can change your css, pls. read the respective documentation...
