Talking Newbie need help passing a variable

    Hello,

    I'm new in sugartown...
As i like to ease the clicking finger pain of my commercials i'd them to be able to create a new meeting of call or task with one click from the contact or account page.

So no pb I added the shortcuts for the account page to the edit call page but to be event more efficient it'd like the account_name field to be set with the account_name where they coming from...
Did i make myself clear ?

How do i do that ?

    Thank you

    BEn

    Hi Ben

Why don't you use the buttons in Activities Subpanel? Although it opens the QuickCreate of Meetings, Calls etc you can make a simple and easy customization to open in the Full Form.

thank you for the quick answer.... I realize that it was a little dumb question. Anyway ty for teaching me master

Ok now i'd like to be able to list the contacts through a search on the zip code field of their account...
Is it possible ? When i use the custom 'related' field it only relate to the account name. Did i miss something... Probably so.

    Hi Ben

Your questions are not so clear.
Can you explain again with more details?

    Cheers
