Newbie Question - Employee Directory

I am building a custom intranet and would like to use Sugar just for the Employee Directory. (The Employees Link in the Top text link navigation)

If I download and install Sugar, will I be able to:

1. Remove username and password access restriction to the employee directory - on the intranet it should be available to all.
2. Remove or replace the header navigation and only keep everything below the "Employees: Home" title so the visitors will not access navigation to other sugar pages.
3. Remove the "Saved Search and Layout" tab - it is not necessary since I wish to disable unique login.

Is this type of customization possible?

In other words, I would like to isolate only the Employee Directory out of the Sugar CRM App and use it as a standalone page integrated into an existing intranet platform with user login access disabled.

Thank you for the amazing screen shots. The really told me what to do.
It is pretty possible, but to remove the header navigation is not upgrade safe. It is necessary to modify all themes from Sugar or only the theme that would be used when logging in intranet.
