Newbie sugar questions

Hello everyone,

I am very new to Sugar and have a basic few questions.


I am using Sugar Professional. Version 5.1.0 (Build 4732)



1) If it is possible to change the landing page in Sugar. (a the moment it always lands on "home"

2) Could it be different for each user i.e. click my account->change landing page

3) How can one delete users without manually deleting them from the database? At the moment I seem to only be able to set them to inactive and this does not remove them from various lists (like report owner). (basically i want users to no longer appear in the assign to drop down). It would seem that in previous Sugar editions that only an admin log in could do this. Is this still the case?
