In installed Sugar CE 6.3 about 3 weeks ago on our windows server using MySQL databse. Everything had been going well for a while. I created three users during the test phase and those user have continued to work fine. Since then I have customized many modules and even created a few new modules as well as installed Kinamu Reporter Basic.

Now, however, any new user I add to the system, won't work. When Ithey try to login, they are propmpted to change their password and directed to the new user wizard. They can complete the process (hit Finish button); however, after the wizard, the system freezes. Also, it appears the entire site goes down for a few minutes.

I checked the log and there are no items for this.

I ran the Repair and Rebuild Option, also Repair Permissions as I thought this may be permissions-related. I also tried adding users as Admins but that didn't work either.

Any ideas what's gong on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
