Newsletter sign up / subscription from website

Is there a method or application (preferably free) that i can use to allow visitors to my website to submit basic name and email address details to sign up for my SugarCRM generated emarketing emails and newsletters.

I want to put a panel on my website that allows visitors to enter their details and for me to then call this list up as a target list for emarketing.

I currently use inspire marketing / Send Studio which produces some html code that you paste into your website. I want to link my website directly with my CRM tool (http://www.addcomputers.com/index.php)

You can use the Web to Lead form capability which is part of the Campaigns module. This link takes you to the documentation for this feature.
