my name is David and i have a question of SugarCRM

With the newsletter a person out-provided somehow set itself on unsubscription list and then on the subscription list. The problem is that they now all the same which we adjust it no more newsletter gets. If I on View status go (see appendix " Newsletter_view_details"),
one does not see four newsletter arrived is " and under; Suppressed by ADDRESS or domain". How can one make that again retrogressive, so that this person newsletter is sent away?
