We're using Sugar Community Edition 5.0 and I'm using Outlook 2007 w/ the Sugar Plugin. We are, in general, very happy so far. I have a question/problem, though...
I've been using the sales piece and creating some leads to track. I'm emailing them in Outlook 2007 and then using the plugin to archive to Sugar. When I archive an email and associate to a lead, it makes the connection and sends the info across, no problems. But here's the issue:
When you look at the lead in Sugar, the emails don't show up in the History. In order to see the emails you have to click "View Summary" and then it shows everything in the pop-over window. Why don't the emails show up in the regular history so you can see them as part of what you've been doing? Is this a bug or have I done something wrong?
It's not a show stopper, but it certainly is inconvenient to have to check a lead's history summary to get an "accurate" picture on how much correspondence has been going on with a potential client.
Thanks,
Ryan
