No emails to display

hi there, we are having problems for showing emails from a Gmail account in SugarCRM email module...
SugarCRM is able to verify emails in Gmail but do not show them, as you can see in the image below:



also we've got the error in apache's log:

File does not exist: SUGARCRM_HOME/include/javascript/yui/build/datatable/blank , referer:
....../index.php?module=Emails&action=index

does anyone experienced the same?

Hello,
I have the same problem with 6.0.3 and with 6.1.1.
i looked into it with firebug and it seems a problem with yui.

The module correctly get the json data with the emails but for some reason it does not shows up anything in the tableview.

and without giving any errors.

changing browser does not affect the issue.

I had the same issue with 5.2 CE and I solved cleaning the emails module cache

Usually this bug is due incomplete language pack or read/write permission on folder cache/jsLanguage.

the language pack was downloaded from the sugarcrm official site and the cache/jsLanguage is 777 including subfolders...
where could be the mistake?!

Same problem here with version 5.5.4 CE.
We thought it was imap_search problem and we migrated from Centos to Ubuntu.
The problem was not with imap_search (a problem we fixed a couple of times on other servers).
When I click on folder I obtained a correct json response but the messages panel flashes without showing anything.
No javascript error.
Strange thing: if we access using Linux with Firefox we correctly display messages.
I tested it on Windows with Chrome(9.0.597), Firefox (3.6.13) and IE (8 version ) with the same results both in Italian and English.
