    Default No Emails to display, when checking mail

    Edition: 6.3 CE
    Environment: shared linux
    Web server: apache 2.2.12
    php: 5.2.10
    mysql: 5.0.91

    Riddle me this, why am I not receiving mail?

    I have a successful installation with no errors.
    There are no errors in php log.
    There are no errors in Sugar's log, info log indicates no problems and shows cron job is running.
    There are no apache errors.
    Permissions were checked and I wrote a php file to search for every folder and file in the sugar directory and set correct values. 0755 for folders, and 0644 for files.

    The outbound email setup is completed with successful verification email.
    Inbound setup is completed with successful connection and setup of personal folders, but no emails, despite 2 accounts with unread mail. The system only recognized mail sent from Sugar.

    Cron runs once an hour, internal schedule is every 5 minutes. When the cron runs it updates pollMonitoredInboxes as 'In Process' for an hour... It fails each hour.

    No answers to previous posts from other users help as the solutions were incorporated in this version's core, from what I've found. There are no outdated pop settings or functions dependent on security certificates.

    What is the error_reporting value in your php.ini?
    What is the log level in your SugarCRM?
    Can you make sure your php.ini is configured to log errors?
