No Group accounts in From field

Hello

I have an user and the user can compose emails using data for "From" from group accounts the user has an access. But another user may see only group account and the user is unable to send emails using a group account "from:" in compose "From:". The user can see only From: email address set in the user details.

Can you point me what's wrong?

You didn't mention your version number, but if it's 5.5.x then it could be bug 37101 (see http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/support/...b-4bd5be3dac48). The log states that it's fixed in 5.5.3
