no history for new list entries

hello,

I made a new list entry for the call-status (call_status_dom). It works fine, BUT in contact tab, there is nothing in the history area, when I created an entry with the new status. But when I view the summary everthing is listet fine!

any ideas how to see the calls in the history area?

The status field for Activities is very important. The closed statuses (which move a Call/Meeting/Task from the Activities panel to the History panel) is hard coded.

For Calls and Meetings, the following are considered Closed:
Held
Not Held

For Tasks:
Completed

Any other statuses you create will be considered open. So if you are not using the above, i suggest recreating them in Studio. Keep the above as the Database name, and for the display name, you can have it set to your new 'closed' statuses.
