No Labels displayed

Hi, i was trying to install the CE Teams module "1.0.5a" in a host system, and though the module got installed successfully (100%), when i open the Admin page, and go to the bottom of it, i dont see labels for the module links.

They appear as "LBL_CETEAMS_NAME" in place of "CE Teams". And to check if the module is installed properly, i went to the url of the module page manually, like:
.....index.php?module=CETeams&action=index
Then i got to the module page, and i created few teams. Here i faced few issues:

1. When i add a parent to the team, it is not displayed in the Team list. (column value is empty)
2. I added Team field in Leads through Studio to all the views of Leads, and deployed it. But when i tried to add Lead, i dont find there a Team field.
Its missing.
3. I dont see the Users panel and Children Teams panel below the Team description in the detail view of the Team. (See image below)

I cant understand what went wrong in the installation. Please guide.
